What will we cover?
In Module 1Module 1 is your first step on the way to your own personal Mastery. So what does Mastery mean for you? And having attained Mastery, what will that get you?
During the first module you will explore many layers of Mastery:
|
In module 2This module is about discovering the inner structures by which we order and make sense of our experiences. We will explore:
|
In module 3Building on the previous module, where we explored the inner
structures of our experience, as coded in our values and beliefs, this module
is about discovering the internal/external interface as expressed through language.
In particular, the way in which we describe our experience using language, and
how in turn, our use of language shapes our experience.
We will explore:
|
In module 4Pulling together everything that you have learnt and experienced, you will step into your new identity as a Master Practitioner. You will demonstrate to yourself and others how you have evolved:
We will also explore:
Finally, you will set your own personal well-formed outcomes for the future. |
Assessment Criteria
Evaluation begins when you say "hello" and does not end. We are looking at your attitude, your content knowledge and your behavioural skills. The evaluation is in three parts:
- Continuous evaluation on a daily basis. Your skills will be evaluated and suggestions made for improvement when necessary. A considerable amount of your evaluation rests on how you treat yourself, your peers, the trainers and anyone else who you come into contact with over the course of the programme, and on how you give and receive feedback.
- Completion of a modelling project. The output will be both a written report of your model and a presentation of your modelling output in the final module.
- Your content knowledge will also be evaluated by a written assessment in the final module.
- Your practical understanding and skills will be evaluated through a breakthrough session in the final module, in which you will intensively coach a genuine client through whichever issues your client presents.
Modelling |
Live Practice |
All of NLP is based on modelling excellence, and modelling is at the heart of our Master Practitioner programme. Over and above your own personal Modelling Project, you will experience many different modelling opportunities, both formal and informal, on each module. In fact, every person you interact with can present you with an opportunity to model excellence. Some of the people that we have modelled formally include
|
On each module, you will be practising your skills on one another, so you will benefit from making a list of issues, self-doubts, challenges, etc. which you could bring to the coaching sessions.
In addition, over the course of the programme you will have at least one "client" from outside the group, with real issues that you will be able to help with. There will usually be one or two visitors joining us for various parts of the module, giving you the opportunity to explore many different maps of the world. |
